who do I file a complaint for very bad software?
just purchased a gps and it came with map software from a sub affiliate of national geographic. this software is so bad that the forums at topo.com are filled with pleas of distress and no one replies from the company. this agency needs to be accounted for selling a lemon to so many people.
I'd notify National Geographic. Putting a dispute notice in with your credit card company might also be worthwhile.
