Well the question is easy to answer. Most countrys (including the Greeks im sure) produce charts (marine maps are known as charts) of their waters, however the world standard for these charts is the British Admiralty Charts (these charts cover all seas worldwide, not just British waters) which can be obtained from this link http://www.hydro.gov.uk/. On this site you can search for all the charts you want and there is a list of the distributors by country. Charts are expensive (BA charts are approx. £17.00 each!) however they are extremley good. If you do buy charts make sure you correct them to keep them accurate and up to date. If you need advice on chart correction post a question here and I will answer it. Good luck.
