What are my rights on 2nd hand car/van?
Just bought an 04 Ford Transit from a trader working from home. Happy on the whole but i've just been told the clutch is showing signs it's on it's way out by a friend. It will cost around £700-£900 to fix. I asked the seller is the clutch fine and he assured me it was at time of purchase. Should i get a second opinion and if very worn do i have the right to get my money back or do they have to put it right or am i stuffed?
