How to remove the 2. & 3. seat row in a van?
Toyota Granvia Van. 2. seats are 2 single ones. 3. row a bench. How to take the seate out? They are all in a track mounted on the floor to move 'em forward or backward Do I have to take the tracks out? and how? or dismantle the plastic covers on the seat fittings? and then pull them apart? Where to start? how long does it take?
The Granvia's 2. & 3. Seat rows are not degined to be taken out as like as on a VW Van or so. There are no detachments, handles, clips or so. Even fixings for the tracks not seen.( only 1 at fhe front, but nothing happen after unscrewing) It seems to be very time consuming. Please help with discriptions how to take them out. I need the loading space.
I know on my plymouth voyager there are handles on the bottom of the backside of the third seat i have to press on the buttons on the handles to release metal clips from the brackets in the floor and then the wheels will go down and i can just roll it, to take it out, the two middle seats are the same way only they are not on wheels considering they are bucket seats so I can just pick those up with out any effort. so check to see is there are any type of handles around the bottom of your seats that will release them. other than that i do not know unless i could see the vehicle in person. good luck
