How do I get a suction cup to work again?
So I have a radar detector and gps mount. Since it's been so cold this winter they both quit sticking to my car glass, so I put them inside for a couple days. I've tried getting the suction cups wet again, and using windex but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions how to get them to stick good again?

obviously - the issue lies in the fact that the seal is no longer airtight. first, check the suction cup and make sure that degradation hasn't caused any splits or holes.
Clean the glass (as you said you've already done)
and if (as you said) making them wet doesn't work - try a thin layer of something slightly thicker (e.g. vasoline) The purpose of making the cup wet is to improve airtightness of the seal between the cup and the glass.
Another tactic could be to heat the glass and the cup slightly before sticking it...as they cool - the trapped air will contract and help hold the suction better.
