Where exactly on the dashboard could a GPS be mounted, as it cannot be mounted on the windshield in CA?
I want to mount it on the dash (no other choice), but not sure what would be the best place. I can either do it to the very left corner, or right in the center of my dashboard. The California "obstruction of driver's view" law prohibits GPS to be mounted via the suction mount on the windshield. Where do most of the people mount one (if not the windshield!)?
