is the problem on the unit or the power supply? If it is on the unit, contact Magellan. If it is on the power supply it will be much cheaper just to buy a new one than to have someone fix it. A new one should cost less than $30. The way we used to fix those is just give them a new one. Cheaper and easier to replace then fix.
